Cottage Description

This mid-terraced Victorian cottage is situated in the town of Tywyn, which lies on the Welsh coast. The town is close to Aberdovy and enjoys views of the Dysynni Valley and Cader Idris mountains.

Brynllech Cottage can accommodate up to six people over its three floors. There are two single bedrooms, two double bedrooms and a family bathroom. There is also a fitted kitchen and a dining room and sitting room, which both have gas fires.

Amenities/Accommodation Overview

This property enjoys full gas central heating and has additional heating from the gas fires in the dining room and sitting room. There are also electric heaters in the second floor bedrooms. In the kitchen, there is a gas oven and hob, electric grill, microwave, fridge and freezer. Brynllech Cottage also boasts two colour TV's, a DVD player and a video. All of the fuel and power is included in the rent. Bed linen, a cot and a highchair are provided.

Outside, there is off road parking opposite the property for two cars and a small rear yard with outdoor furniture. Guests make bring one dog with them. This is a no smoking property. The town centre is just a five-minute walk away. There is a pub and spacious sandy beaches just ten minutes walk away.

The charming coastal town of Tywyn sits on Cardigan Bay, at the end of the impressive Cader Idris mountain range. The promenade and town centre streets are all on the same level, making it perfect for relaxing shopping or walks along the Bay. There is a wide range of activities locally, which include mountaineering, surfing and nature trails through the nearby stunning countryside. The towns of Dolgellau and Aberdovey are within easy reach, with local places of interest including Harlech Castle, Llanfair Slate Caverns and the Talyllyn Railway all easily accessible.

The owner of the property was on hand when we needed her, she was friendly and very helpful. The property had lots of room and ideal for our family and pet dog.
