Cottage Description
An imposing town house well positioned in popular Barmouth, occupying a central position, not far from the excellent shops, pubs, restaurants and lovely harbour. Great local beaches close at hand. Living room having electric fire, the kitchen has a dining area. On the first floor you will find three double bedrooms, one having a five foot bed and two with en suite shower rooms/WC. There is a bathroom/WC and also doorway access to decked terraces. The second floor offers two twin bedrooms, one having an en suite shower/WC, and a double bedroom providing a five foot bed and another en suite shower/WC. Second small sitting room located on the third floor, and a bathroom/WC with separate shower cubicle. Nine TVs (freesat), two DVDs, barbecue, decked terracing with steps (children should be supervised at all times), fridge/freezer, microwave, outdoor furniture, hairdryer, high chair, stair gate and travel cot availability, radio/CD, regret no pets and no smoking,inclusive of gas and electric, as well as gas range cooker, linen (duvets) and towels also included. Payphone, roadside parking, permit for two car parking in town. The property is not suitable for the infirm. Being on the edge of Snowdonia, Barmouth is ideally placed to take advantage of both coast and countryside. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the white water rafting, the walking and climbing, while Porthmadog is the place to join the famous Ffestiniog railway winding through woodlands, meadows and passing waterfalls and lakes. Portmeirion is the famous Italianate setting for "The Prisoner", and Harlech has a wonderful thirteenth century castle and excellent golf, fishing, riding and a theatre.
