There is wonderful scenery and the chance to glimpse red deer, ospreys and golden eagles. Find time to explore lovely Newtonmore which is just eight miles away. It has a great position overlooking the River Spey, and boasts lovely shops and pubs as well as two award winning museums and the well regarded Newtonmore Craft Centre. Once again, it has had a high profile role in the television series. Locally you will find splendid cycling, skiing (in season), climbing, bird watching, walking, pony trekking, fishing and golf, everything that outdoor types are looking for.
