Located on the twenty-five-thousand acre Moy Estate, just eleven miles from Inverness, is this fascinating first floor apartment, which is accessed by a stone spiral staircase leading up through a turret.

The Hayloft is furnished in a contemporary style. The property can accommodate four people in its double bedroom and twin bedroom and there is an open plan living space with a sitting area, dining table and well-equipped kitchen.

Guests can walk through the grounds of the estate to the shores of Loch Moy and there are many opportunities for outdoor pursuits within the local countryside.

Amenities/Accommodation Overview

This property benefits from having full oil central heating and has a private water supply. In the kitchen, there is an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and washer/dryer. The property also has a colour TV with Sky sports, DVD player and a small library of books, games and DVDs. All the fuel and power is included in the rental price. Bed linen and towels are provided for guests and a cot and highchair can be made available by arrangement.

Outside, there is roadside parking for two cars and the use of the stunning estate grounds. Two well-behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement. This is a no smoking property. There are shops just three miles away and a pub fifteen miles away.

The splendid Moy Estate sits within the Scottish Highlands and offers guests a wonderful country base close to the city facilities of Inverness, which is just 11 miles away. Covering twenty-five-thousand acres of beautiful countryside, the estate is just three miles from the village of Tomatin, which is home to Tomatin Whisky and the largest malt distillery in the world. The area is also popular for hill walking, golf, fishing and shooting.
