This property is one of seven apartments in a beautifully converted boathouse and can accommodate up to two people. Sail Loft Annexe is furnished to a good standard and has one double bed, a shower room and a sitting, dining and kitchen area. There is off road parking and a licensed cafe next door. Amenities/Accommodation Overview This cosy property enjoys heating from electric convector heaters. The kitchen area has an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge. Sail Loft Annexe also has a colour TV with Freeview. All of the fuel and power is included in the rent and guests are provided with bed linen. Outside there is off road parking for one car and the communal use of a private shingle beach and slipway at the front for boats. The owners will allow one well-behaved dog for a small additional fee. This property has a no smoking policy. There are shops and a pub just ten-minute walk away. Local Town Description Yarmouth is a delightful seaside town and the oldest on the Isle of Wight. It has a bustling harbour, Henry VIII Castle, ancient narrow streets and a good selection of shops, pubs and places to eat. Guests can enjoy strolls and cycling along the coastal paths and there are beautiful beaches at Colwell Bay and Totland Bay, which also have opportunities for water sports. The towns of Ryde and Newport are easily accessible and have a good choice of amenities.

The location of the property. It was only 5 minutes drive from the ferry terminal at Yarmouth. The property also is adjacent to the beach and excellent views across the channel. Good parking facilities.

The owner was friendly and very helpful. It was perfectly positioned for fabulous walks and great site seeing. Open the patio door and you are on the edge of The Solent - just amazing and tranquil. We didn't want to come home and the dog was made more than welcome too! We will return.
