Close to a sandy beach and the sea, this delightful and spacious property is close to the town of Ryde and can accommodate as many as ten people. Solent Heights is a five-bedroom semi-detached holiday home, which sits within a select residential development in the vibrant town of Ryde. There is a well-equipped luxury kitchen and a large living space with a stunning dining area. There are three double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom and private balcony and there are two twin bedrooms. Amenities/Accommodation Overview This property has full gas central heating. The kitchen has a double electric oven, double gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, additional freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. There is also a colour TV with full Sky package, DVD player and stereo/CD player. All fuel and power is included. Bed linen and towels are provided. Off-road parking for four cars is available. Outside there is a spacious, enclosed, well-established garden with outdoor furniture and BBQ. No pets are welcome. No smoking is allowed. There is shops and a pub just an eight-minute walk away. Local Town Description The town of Ryde is the gateway to the Isle of Wight and the largest town on the island. Enjoying excellent transport links, regular ferry, hovercraft and catamaran services are available to and from the mainland. There is a wide choice of shops, pubs and restaurants as well as six miles of beautiful sandy beach. The town's esplanade has tenpin bowling, an ice-rink, children's rides and paddling pool, a boating lake and a putting green.

Excellent location, walking distance to the town centre. Lovely bright airy property. Decking at the rear caught the afternoon and evening sun. Nice welcome from the owners.

Fabulous central position, that allowed easy walking distance to Ryde seafront and beach. Good sized property with an airy light feel which easily accommodated our large party.
