The Knook

As soon you proceed through the electric gated entrance up the wall lined drive, you know something special awaits you. The Knook is an remarkable 5 bedroom house with an array of lavish features as well as a cinema screen, well appointed games room, hot tub, sauna and a barbecue hut with ample seating. Internally the property is finished to a extremely high standard and is equipped with contemporary technology such as a central music system, allowing music to be played in every room.

Many of the rooms offer uninterrupted country views from floor to ceiling windows, skylights or double patio doors. Externally The Knook boasts a quarter of an acre of lawns and an extensive outdoor children's play area. The property is situated in the hamlet of Sandford, only a mile from the popular village of Godshill and three miles from the beautiful seaside town of Shanklin. Godshill is the quintessential English village, with its picturesque thatched-roofed cottages, lovely medieval church and a winding main street lined with tearooms. The village itself is host to many attractions as well as the Model Village and The Old Smithy, a former blacksmiths forge, which is now a tearoom, gift shop and fashion boutique. Contributing to the village's old-world charm are numerous shops offering local crafts and produce, such as ciders, pickles, mustards and biscuits. There is also a handful of traditional pubs, suitable for all the family. For a greater selection of amenities, Shanklin is just a five minute drive away. The town is famed for its fine weather, safe golden beach and the pretty Old Village. The seafront is the focal point of the town with quite a few eating establishments and pubs. In the summer months a small road train offers a service to the town centre and Old Village. New property, full images and description to follow. Dining Informal dining located in the living area, features a table with seating for 8. Formal dining area located off the kitchen area, features a table with seating for 8. The formal dining area features double patio doors with access onto the patio and garden.

Bedroom 1 with en-suite Furnished with a super king-size bed, bedside tables with lamps, and built in wardrobe. En-suite consists of a w.c, double shower cubicle, bath and his and hers wash basins.

Bedroom 2 with en-suite Furnished with a super king-size bed, single bed and bedside tables with lamps. En-suite consists of a w.c, double shower cubicle and his and hers wash basins.

Bedroom three Furnished with twin beds.

Master bedroom with en-suite Furnished with a super king-size water bed, bedside cabinets with lamps, and a fitted wardrobe. En-suite consists of a w.c, double ended bath, double power shower with horizontal jets and his and hers wash basins.

Bedroom 5 with en-suite Furnished with twin beds. En-suite consists of a w.c, double shower, bath and wash basin. Please note: an extra single bed can be added to any of the rooms.

All bedrooms have an en-suite except bedroom 3. The property benefits from a cloakroom located on the ground floor, this room consists of a w.c and wash basin.
