The Knook is an remarkable 5 bedroom house with an array of lavish features as well as a cinema screen, well appointed games room, hot tub, sauna and a barbecue hut with ample seating. Godshill is the quintessential English village, with its picturesque thatched-roofed cottages, lovely medieval church and a winding main street lined with tearooms. The village itself is host to many attractions as well as the Model Village and The Old Smithy, a former blacksmiths forge, which is now a tearoom, gift shop and fashion boutique. Contributing to the village's old-world charm are numerous shops offering local crafts and produce, such as ciders, pickles, mustards and biscuits. There is also a handful of traditional pubs, suitable for all the family. For a greater selection of amenities, Shanklin is just a five minute drive away. The town is famed for its fine weather, safe golden beach and the pretty Old Village. The seafront is the focal point of the town with quite a few eating establishments and pubs.
