This three bedroom cottage used to be a coastguard's residency but now houses families and those who just want a break from everyday life. It has stunning views over the English Channel and is near to the beach.

Constructed by the Admiralty in the 1860s on the Eastcliff, Ramsgate, this superbly designed cottage is part of a terrace and has a neighbouring lawn. At the back of the property is the garden with a patio area. It has sea views that stretch out over the English Channel and beyond to France.

The cottage is ideal for a break at any time of year and is surrounded by sandy beaches. It has a cliff top position and there is a lift available for those who don't fancy the walk up and down the cliff. Ramsgate has a charming town centre which hosts a market on Fridays and Saturdays. Ramsgate Royal Harbour with its pubs is only a 5 minute walk away. It is perfect for cycling enthusiasts along with families and those who love their walking. Its location on the route of the Viking Coastal Trail means it is just right for those who love the outdoors.

Close by, guests can get involved in fishing, wind surfing, surfing, hiking, golf, tennis, mountain biking and walking. A shopping outlet is also near by to allow you to enjoy a spot of retail therapy if you so wish. A variety of water sports including jet skiing, swimming, water skiing, sailing, canoeing and kayaking are all also available.

The cottage includes two double bedrooms and one bunk bedroom. It comes with a CD player, DVD player, books, games, TV and there is a patio terrace with a communal garden. Patio furniture is provided. There is an ironing board with bed linen and towels supplied. Wireless broadband is available.

There is a ground floor toilet and shower plus a ground floor bath. The kitchen has a washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, oven, grill and a hob.
