The owners have in the past used the property for their own family holidays, and the emphasis is on unsophisticated and easy going holiday accommodation. The spacious, simply furnished rooms are of particular interest to families and those intent upon enjoying the outdoors. Older children will love the playroom with its sleeping platform, reached by a wooden stair ladder. The house is quietly positioned at the end of a rough track, and the garden is child friendly being informal with a grassed area. Those seeking the outdoor life will love the golden beaches, fishing, golf, sailing and boat hire. On the first floor is one double with wash hand basin, one twin (cot/highchair available) and one room with double and single bed and wash hand basin. Ground floor dining room with easy chairs, refectory table seating eight and open fire, adjoining sun room with dining table seating 4, kitchen, large play room with sleeping gallery above (4 single beds), basic bathroom and shower room. Cooking by gas/electricity, gas central heating plus open fire. Fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, automatic washing machine, television, video, payphone. Bed linen for hire by prior arrangement. Please note this property sleeps a maximum of six adults plus five children and a baby.
