Cottage Description

Situated within eighty-acres of Kenwick Woods on the three-hundred-and-twenty acre Kenwick Country Park Estate, close to Louth in Lincolnshire, is this modern and open plan Scandinavian Lodge. This property can accommodate up to six guests who can enjoy the many on-site facilities available to them.

No 23 Kenwick Woods has two double bedrooms, one of which has en-suite facilities and there is one twin bedroom. There is a separate bathroom, a fitted kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with French doors, which open out onto a veranda with outdoor garden furniture.

Kenwick Woods has a heated indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, gym, squash courts, tennis courts, an eighteen-hole golf course and a beauty salon. Some facilities may be subject to a small charge.

Amenities/Accommodation Overview

This property benefits from having electric central heating throughout. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The lodge also has a colour TV with Freeview, DVD player and a selection of books, games and DVDs. All of the fuel and power is included in the rent and guests are provided with bed linen and towels. A cot and highchair are available on request.

Outside there is off road parking for two vehicles and a Veranda with outdoor garden furniture. No pets are allowed. This is a no smoking property. There is a shop and pub a just over one-mile away and a beach sixteen miles away.

Our two children were free to run in and out of the lodge as they pleased, this break for us was ideal. Peaceful at the night time and very relaxing. We also enjoyed a relaxing swim in the pool, and having not brought our own - the staff were more than happy to accommodate us with a baby float for our youngest to use.
