Located at Tattershall Lakes Country Park in the heart of Lincolnshire, close to Woodhall Spa, is this delightful open plan wooden Scandinavian lodge. This property can accommodate up to six people and has a private jetty at the lakes edge.

No 29 Tattershall Country Park has three double bedrooms, one of which has en-suite facilities. There is a shower room and a fitted kitchen with a dining area. The sitting room has French doors, which open onto a shared veranda and decking area with outdoor garden furniture.

Tattershall Country Park provides opportunities for water skiing, wakeboarding, jet skiing, golf and coarse fishing, subject to seasonal availability. There are also two bars, a restaurant and a children's play area.

Amenities/Accommodation Overview

This property benefits from having electric central heating throughout. The kitchen area has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. There is also a colour TV with Freeview, DVD player, books, DVDs and games. All of the fuel and power is included in the rent and guests are provided with bed linen and towels. A cot and highchair can be made available on request.

Guests have use of a shared open-air hot tub for an additional charge, by prior arrangement with the owner. There is an on-site indoor heated swimming pool and a spa area. Off-road parking for two vehicles is available and there is a shared veranda with outdoor furniture, shared garden area with shared BBQ and a private jetty to the lakes edge, so children should be supervised at all times. There is also a shared beach area. No pets are allowed and this is a no smoking property. There are shops and a bar within a five-minute walk from the property. Associated noise may be heard from jet skiing on the lake and a nearby RAF base.

Tattershall Lakes Country Park is situated between the Fens and the Wolds in the heart of Lincolnshire. It consists of over three-hundred acres of woodland, lakes and open spaces and offers many sporting opportunities. There is a sixty-acre water skiing and wakeboarding lake, a separate forty-five acre jet skiing lake and a nine-hole golf course. Four fishing lakes cover all aspects of coarse fishing and there is a restaurant, children's play area and two bars, one of which enjoys lakeside views. The cathedral city of Lincoln is nearby, as is the coast and nature reserves at Donna Nook and Gibraltar Point.
