Oaklands is a modern detached property of high specification positioned just two hundred and fifty yards from a wonderful unspoilt beach in popular Sandilands.

Extensive accommodation of splendid quality offering a sitting room with garden access via patio doors, dining room, top notch kitchen, conservatory with garden access via french doors. Cloaks/WC, first floor accommodation provides three double bedrooms with five foot beds (one having an en suite WC), smaller double bedroom (bed access from one side only), bathroom having WC and shower over the bath.

Two DVDs, two TVs with freeview, washing machine, inclusive of towels and bed linen (duvets), dishwasher, inclusive of electricity, gas heating included April 1st to September 30th (other times charged at £50 per week), fridge/freezer, outdoor furniture for use in garden with patio, highchair and stair gate availability, iPod dock, microwave, parking, pets allowed, hot tub.

Enjoy the hot tub on the decked area as well the private garden and easy access to the beach. Bakery/delicatessen/shop, golf course and pub all with five hundred yards. One and a half miles to Sutton-on-Sea, and other attractions include Mablethorpe, Fantasy Island Theme Park, and Gunby Hall in the ownership of the National Trust. One hour to Lincoln.
