Cottage Description

Set in the village of Walesby in Lincolnshire is this well presented end terrace cottage. Located close to the town of Market Rasen and the Lincolnshire Wolds, this property can accommodate up to two people.

Rambler's Cottage has one double bedroom, a dressing/bathroom, a well-equipped galley kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and gas fire.

This property has full gas central heating with extra heating provided by the gas fire in the sitting room. In the kitchen, there is a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Rambler's Cottage also boasts a colour TV with Freeview, DVD player, books, DVDs and games. All of the fuel and power is included in the rent and guests are provided with bed linen and towels. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.

Outside there is roadside parking and an enclosed garden with outdoor furniture. There is a pathway with access to the other cottages in the row, which leads past the front door. Guests are welcome to bring one well-behaved pet. This property has a no smoking policy. There are shops and a pub just over one mile away.

Local Town Description

The delightful village of Walesby sits on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds and has two impressive churches, one of which is on the Viking Way walking route. The nearby village of Tealby has two pubs and the towns of Market Rasen and Horncastle are within easy reach. The city of Lincoln is home to a magnificent cathedral and castle and the coastline and beaches are easily accessible.
