You will find yourself less than a mile from the pretty village of Burgh le Marsh when you stay at this delightful holiday property set in tranquil and peaceful surroundings.

The Stables offers a lounge/diner with a gas fire and a well presented kitchen. The two double bedrooms each has a five foot bed. There is a shower room with WC.

Inclusive of towels, linen (duvets) and bathrobes. Also inclusive of electricity and electric heating. Gas fire, music system, DVD, TV, dishwasher, microwave, hairdryer and parking. Communal laundry room having tumble dryer and washing machine, shared garden with furniture and patio, barbecue, unfenced lake (children must be supervised at all times), play area having swings, hot tub set in spa oasis in garden (private use by arrangement), free of charge fishing, bike hire by arrangement, regret no smoking, maximum of two dogs allowed. Easy walking access.

The property is a tasteful conversion of a red barn that has nineteenth century origins. Positioned in twenty five acres of woodland, paddock and mixed pasture, there are great countryside views. You can enjoy splendid cycling and walking throughout the local lanes. Half a mile to shops, pub and award winning restaurant.

Thanks to Dave and Karen at Jockhedge Cottages for a great week's family holiday. We stayed in the 'Stables'. The standard of accommodation is superb. The kids loved the play area and rope swing. We all used the hot tub a few times, it was very relaxing. I will definitely book to go again. I can't imagine staying in caravan or chalet type places ever again.
