Being set on a small working farm in a peaceful location about three miles from the attractive market town of Louth. The attractively presented accommodation comes with wheelchair access.

The pleasing open plan lounge/diner offers a sofa bed for one person, and is arched to the kitchen. There are two double bedrooms, and a pleasing modern bathroom/WC with separate shower cubicle and corner bath.

The specification includes DVD, CD, TV with freeview, fridge/freezer, high chair and travel cot availability, microwave, and parking. Regret no smoking and no pets. Inclusive of electricity, oil heating, linen (duvets) and towels, shared laundry area with washing machine, wheel chair access, shared garden with furniture twenty five yards away, unfenced pond (children must be strictly supervised at all times.

Enjoy the countryside by following the network of paths and tracks, and take in Covenham nature reserve and bird sanctuary which is just a mile away. Louth offers an arts centre, swimming pool, cinema and a sports centre as well as excellent shopping.

See seal pups in the winter at Donna Nook, and visit the Cadwell Park Motorcycle Cicuit and the Fisheries Museum. Twelve miles away are the lovely beaches at popular Mablethorpe, while twenty five miles distant is the beautiful medieval city of Lincoln with a magnificent cathedral. Children will love the fact that you can visit the farm animals by arrangement.
