Situated in the heart of the popular seaside resort of Portobello, just three miles to the east of the city of Edinburgh and just a short walk to delightful sandy beaches and promenade, this wonderful Victorian tenement flat is close to a number of excellent facilities in the nearby town centre.

This flat is located on the third floor of the red stone tenement building and can be accessed via refurbished staircase, with entry phone. The property has a blend of modern and traditional furnishings and is compact, with high ceilings and superb Georgian windows, which create a bright and airy atmosphere. There is an attractive lounge with a TV and a modern galley kitchen containing a gas hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and washing machine. The flat has a small double bedroom, a twin bedroom and separate bathroom with a shower over the bath. Bed linen is available and can be hired to overseas visitors. There is an enclosed garden to the rear, which is shared and free street parking.

The area of Portobello has plenty to offer for a superb family holiday, especially on its renowned promenade. Here visitors will find a wide selection of arcades, amusements, a leisure complex, children's playground, tennis courts and an indoor swimming pool, with spa and sauna. The town centre has many fine pubs, restaurants and caf?'s and there is an excellent bus service to the city centre of historic Edinburgh, where guests can visit the castle, Holyrood Palace and the Scottish Parliament building. East Lothian coastline is also within easy reach and golf and fishing can be enjoyed there.

This flat has a south view over the rooftops to the countryside. It has electric heating throughout and is offers a peaceful and relaxing environment.
