The property is positioned in the Newington area of Edinburgh and has unbeatable vistas that extend out to Salisbury Crags. Newington lies on the south side of the city, just 2 miles from Princes Street, which is easily reached by bus. Locally, facilities are immaculate with a huge choice of pubs, shops, hotels and restaurants, as you would expect in a capital city. The open parkland around Arthur's Seat is within a small distance and offering ample opportunity for pleasant walks and a climb to the top that will treat you with breath-taking views across the city to the Pentland Hills or the Firth of Forth and Fife Hills beyond. The close by Commonwealth Pool has top class leisure facilities. Attractions within walking distance include Our Dynamic Earth and the Pleasance Theatre, to name but a couple.
