Our holiday at The Wheelhouse was, without doubt, the best holiday that we have had to date! The accommodation was spotless, well equipped and, the hot tub and beautiful Chinese vase decoration added just the right touch of luxury. The sound of the rushing water outside gave some very peaceful nights sleep! The location is so perfect for exploring Edinburgh (recommend Park & Ride), Stirling and many other places of interest for all - that is not to forget Linlithgow itself with beautiful Linlithgow Palace, birthplace of Mary Queen of Scots and the lovely walk around Linlithgow loch. Linlithgow and very nearby has so many places to eat out that we could not explore them all in one week! We have already booked for next year! This is a must do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
