This property is one of two semi-detached converted stables, which can be rented separately or together. Standing opposite the owner's home on a seven-acre smallholding at the foot of the Sugar Loaf and Blorenge Mountains, the properties are just over one mile from Abergavenny. Blorenge has one double bedroom and a bathroom, which has a bath with a shower over it, basin and WC. Within the open plan living space, there is a seating area, fitted kitchen and dining table. Amenities/Accommodation Overview This property has full oil central. All fuel and power is included in the price. Bed linen and towels are provided. The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave and fridge. There is use of a washing machine and tumble dryer in a shared utility building. There is a colour TV and DVD player within the property. Outside there is off road parking for two vehicles and a seating area. One well-behaved dog is welcome. This is a no-smoking property. The nearest shops are just over one mile away with a pub within a ten-minute walk. Local Town Description The ancient market town of Abergavenny sits between several mountains that surround it and has the River Usk running through. There is a castle, which has its own museum, shops, pubs and a good selection of places to eat. Walking is popular along the nearby Brecon Canal or through the stunning Wye Valley. The magnificent Brecon Beacons is also a popular area for people wanting to explore the great outdoors.

Closeness to Abergavenny while stayingin a small village. Relationship to nearby hills and good walking including canal and old railway line. Unobtrusive but accessible owners. Easy access to trunk roads. Usual high Sykes standards at a good price.
