Well positioned in the Vale of Usk, and consequently surrounded by beautiful countryside, you are also ideally placed to explore both the rugged Brecon Beacons and the beautiful Wye Valley and the Forest of Dean. A lovely white painted property with seventeenth century origins.

Living room with french door access to garden and conservatory. Dining room with beams, well appointed kitchen, also having beams. The first floor provides a double bedroom having a five foot bed as well as an en suite shower room and a TV, and a twin bedroom with TV. Bathroom with WC and feature corner bath having a shower over.

Three TVs (freeview), one being a 46" flat screen, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, DVD, wi-fi, fridge/freezer, inclusive of electricity and gas heating, towels and linen (duvets). Fenced garden having summer house, regret no smoking, maximum of two dogs allowed, parking, income telephone calls only, Z-bed for one, small covered fish pond (children beware).

Take in some relaxing local walking along the Brecon to Monmouth canal as well as the Usk Valley Walk. Outdoor pursuits include golf, fishing, summer season water sports, as well as canoeing on the River Wye. Hay on Wye, Roman Caerleon, Raglan Castle and Tintern Abbey as well as the Usk Museum of Rural Life. Usk itself has restaurants, shops and local services and is a regular winner of the Britain in Bloom Competition.
