Cottage Description

Just half a mile from Grantown on Spey, this most attractive of white painted detached cottages has spacious well proportioned accommodation furnished in a pleasing contemporary style. Only twelve miles from popular Aviemore.

The three bedrooms are arranged as twin bedrooms and a double bedroom. The ground floor bathroom provides a bathroom with WC, basin and bath, while there is a shower room with WC, basin and shower. The daytime accommodation is of a pleasing open plan design with sitting and dining areas, plus a spacious modern kitchen. There is a utility room and garden access from the sitting room.

Two car off road parking plus a lawned garden. Five minutes walk to both shop and pub.

Local Town Description

Twelve miles from Aviemore and only thirty five miles from Inverness, Granton on Spey is positioned in the heart of the Scottish Highlands. You will find an excellent range of restaurants, bars and shops, while the town is a great place to use as a base to explore the area. Fishing, golf (with two courses to choose from, bird watching and walking in the beautiful woodlands and hills. There is the chance to follow the Whisky and Castle Trails and in season there is quality skiing in the Cairngorms and at the Lecht Ski Centres.

The location was great for local fare, Avimore and the Caringorms are not far. The younger children had a good day out at the Landmark Centre.
