Cottage Description

Enjoying an elevated position in a remote location at the heart of the Scottish Highlands, this traditional detached cottage boasts panoramic views of the Cairngorm Mountains.

Wester Lettoch has two double bedrooms, which each have basins and there are two twin bedrooms. There is a bathroom with a bath with a shower unit over it, basin and WC. There is also a first floor shower room and ground floor shower room. The main sitting room has an open fire and there is a second sitting room with wood-burner and sofa bed for additional sleeping. The property also has fitted kitchen and a dining room.

This property has oil fired central heating and a there is an open fire and wood-burner in the sitting rooms with a starter pack of solid fuel. All oil and power is included in the price. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The kitchen has an electric cooker, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a colour TV, DVD player, games and books within the property.

Outside there is off road parking for four vehicles and an enclosed garden with a lawn and picnic table. Well behaved pets are welcome for an additional charge per pet. This is a no-smoking property. The nearest shops and pubs are just four miles away.

Nearby Grantown-on-Spey is four miles from this property with a good range of shops, pubs and places to eat. This is a great base to explore the Cairngorm National Park with popular activities such as walking, cycling and fishing. There are also two local golf courses. In the winter months, skiing can be enjoyed in Aviemore, which is just twelve miles away. The mystic town of Inverness is within easy reach and home to the famous 'Loch Ness Monster'.
