Eastview offers an entrance hall, conservatory/living room with french door access to garden and patio, as well as wood burner. Well proportioned, well appointed kitchen with dining space and utility room, patio and garden access. Twin bedroom and a double bedroom and a shower room with WC. First floor studio bedroom area having a double bed, sitting space and two Z-beds. It has sea views and an en suite bathroom and WC with a shower over the bath.

First supply of logs free, more available for purchase locally. Two Z-beds, washing machine, dishwasher, DVD, enclosed garden with furniture and patio, fridge freezer, hairdryer, linen (duvets) and towels included, microwave, music system, TV with freeview, maximum of two dogs allowed, no smoking, easy walking access, electricity included, inclusive of electric heating May to September (other dates £25.00 per week poa).

Private direct access to dunes and beach from the garden. This offers a circular six miles nature reserve walk with the chance of seeing the local seal colony.

The setting is one of Norfolk's prettiest seaside villages, with a range of attractions close by. Norwich, Cromer, Bewilderwood treetop adventure park, and numerous pretty towns and craft centres will fill your day tripping itinerary. Five hundred yards to a pub, seven hundred yards to a shop.
