Well proportioned open plan lounge/diner having wooden floors, well presented kitchen space. There is a double bedroom having a sofa bed for two and en suite facilities comprising a shower and WC. Two further twin bedrooms, and a bathroom/WC with a shower over the bath. Inclusive of towels, linen (duvets) and electricity. Electric central heating included May to September inclusive (other dates £40.00 per week poa). Music system, DVD, TV with freeview, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, hairdryer and parking. Patio with outdoor furniture, fenced pond (children must be supervised at all times), shared external table tennis table, easy walking access, shared hot tub (private times by arrangement), solar hot water, no smoking, one dog allowed. Well presented barn conversion with private patio and shared hot tub use. Great cycling and walking through quiet lanes, RSPB Strumpshaw Fen is nearby. Six miles to Wroxham with waterside pubs, boat trips and restaurants. Bewilderwood treetop adventure park is great for children, and there is a fun fair at lively Yarmouth. Seal watching boat trips, pretty fishing villages, beautiful Norwich with history and great shopping. Shop and pub serving food can be reached in under two miles.
