Furniture for use in enclosed garden with patio, fridge/freezer, gas heating included May 1st to October 1st (£25.00 per week poa for other dates). Larder fridge, high chair, and hairdryer. Towels and linen (duvets) included, music system, microwave, regret no smoking, parking, maximum of two dogs allowed, wi-fi, TV with freeview, tumble dryer, pool table. The property is not suitable for the infirm. Great for larger families and get togethers, the property is set amongst tranquil lanes that offer quality walking and cycling. Nine miles away is Cromer offering their famous crab sandwiches and family fun with end of pier shows. Seal watching, steam trains, bird reserves, boat hire and pubs serving splendid sea food, the area is a super holiday destination. Bewilderwood treetop adventure park, Norfolk Broad, and historic Norwich are star attractions. Half a mile to both pub and shop.
