Pear Cottage is one of two attractive holiday cottages, set in the grounds of a lovely country pub, that has a great reputation for a warm welcome and quality food. The properties have a shared patio area.

The property has an entrance hall, open plan day time accommodation with lounge/diner having a sofa bed for two and a well presented kitchen area. There is a double bedroom and a shower room that has a shower and WC.

Inclusive of towels, linen (duvets), electricity and electric heating. Radio, DVD and TV, microwave and hairdryer. Parking, easy walking access, one dog maximum, regret no smoking.

Explore Broadland with its lovely villages,and reed lined waterways ideal for wildlife and bird watching. Four miles to Hickling Broad and nine miles to Horsey Mere. There is local cycle hire, angling and sailing, with the chance of hiring a boat. There are excellent beaches at Sea Palling five miles away. Bewilderwood treetop adventure park, Yarmouth and Norwich will also entertain you.
