If you have an interest in fishing, then this could be for you. The garden of this appealing detached property leads down to the River Wissey, so you can indulge in your hobby or just sit and watch the river traffic go by.

The accommodation offers a lounge/diner with french doors leading to the garden. Open fire. The well presented kitchen provides a breakfast area, and there is a cloaks/WC. Double bedroom having a Z-bed for one person. The first floor has two double bedrooms (one having a shower cubicle) plus a single bedroom. Bathroom having WC and a shower over the bath.

Washing machine, DVD, electricity included, fridge/freezer, fuel for the fire to purchase locally, licence required for local fishing, outdoor furniture for use on riverside decking. Hairdryer, lovely garden, inclusive of towels and linen (duvets), microwave, music system, regret no smoking, inclusive of oil heating May 1st to October 1st (£25.00 per week poa outside these dates), maximum of one dog allowed, TV with freeview, children must be supervised at all times due to the unfenced river. Property not suitable for the infirm.

The riverside village of Whittington offers a chance for peace and tranquility, and is convenient for many attractions, including the National Trust Oxburgh Hall which is just five minutes away. Nearby Thetford Forest offers a chance to indulge in some serious cycling and walking as well as being a concert venue. Great beaches at Wells-next-the-Sea and Holkham. Quarter of a mile to the shop, three miles to the pub.
