Cottage Description

A pleasing modern detached residence set in a large garden, only a quarter of a mile from the seafront of Gorleston-on-Sea. A lovely golden beach plus quality cycling and walking, as well as tempting tea shops.

The accommodation offers a pleasing open plan design with the lounge/diner having patio access to the enclosed garden, well equipped kitchen. Cloaks/WC, utility room. The first floor has a double bedroom and two twins. Bathroom/WC with a separate shower cubicle.

Dishwasher, barbecue and washing machine, hairdryer and freezer. Inclusive of towels and linen (duvets), gas heating included May to September inclusive (other dates £20.00 per week poa). Travel cot, DVD, microwave, music system, TV with freeview, parking, outdoor furniture and enclosed garden, maximum of two dogs allowed, regret no smoking. The property is not suitable for the infirm.

There are many local attractions to keep you occupied particularly Oulton Broad, Fritton Lake Country World and the Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park. The North Norfolk Coast offers lovely harbours while medieval Norwich has galleries, museums, a castle and the cathedral. Three quarters of a mile to the shop and pub.
