You will find yourself just five hundred yards away from the lovely beach at Sea Palling, when you stay at this attractive property with its well proportioned accommodation and pretty, fully enclosed garden.

Entrance hall, lounge/diner, well equipped kitchen, twin and double bedrooms, and a bathroom/WC with a shower over the bath.

Washing machine, dishwasher, DVD, outdoor furniture, hairdryer, fridge/freezer, towels and linen (duvets) included. Microwave, radio, TV with freeview, easy walking access, a maximum of two dogs allowed, regret no smoking. Electricity included, inclusive of electric radiators May to September inclusive (other dates £15.00 per week poa).

Just fifty yards from a lovely local pub, and only a hundred yards from the village shop, you are well served for local amenities. Enjoy walking and cycling through the peaceful local lanes and take in some fabulous seal watching. Boat hire and boat trips, fishing, nature reserves, this whole area is a paradise for wild life and outdoor enthusiasts. Visit the Broads, including Rollesby, Ormesby, Filby and beautiful Norwich with its cathedral, castle and wonderful shopping.
