Stokesby is often considered to be one of the prettiest villages in the Broads area, and this property is positioned only two hundred yards from the local inn and the river. Two hundred yards away there is fishing (licence required), easy walking access, inclusive of electric fire and radiators. Acle is only three miles away and provides excellent shopping and great opportunities to watch the general boating activity. There is excellent walking and cycling through tranquil country lanes, while there are nature reserves, lovely beaches and boat trips to entertain you. Family fun at Cromer and Yarmouth while beautiful Norwich provides a marvellous history and a vibrant shopping centre.
