Cottage Description

This attractive Georgian terraced cottage is located in the market town of Kirkbymoorside, which sits within the North York Moors National Park. Accommodating up to eight people, this property provides a superb base for exploring all of the local delights.

Croft Cottage has two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and a single bedroom with a supplementary pull out bed. The property also contains two family bathrooms and an open plan living space with a fitted kitchen, dining area and a sitting room with a wood burning stove.

Amenities/Accommodation Overview

This property has full gas central heating with additional heat supplied by the wood burning stove in the sitting room. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine. Croft Cottage also features a colour TV with Freeview, DVD player and a radio/CD player. All of the fuel, power and a starter pack of wood for the wood burning stove are inclusive of the price. Guests are provided with bed linen and two cots and two highchairs are available by prior arrangement.

Outside the property, there is roadside parking opposite cottage and a small, enclosed rear yard with a seating area. Guests are welcome to bring one well-behaved dog. This property has a no smoking policy. There are shops and pubs within a two-minute walk of the cottage.

The charming market town of Kirkbymoorside is situated on the edge of the North York Moors National Park, nestled between the towns of Helmsley and Pickering. The local area is full of attractive tearooms, traditional pubs, fascinating antique shops and superb places to eat. There are excellent walking opportunities and magnificent scenery to enjoy in this picturesque area of Britain.
