Situated in the charming Wensleydale village of West Witton is this ground floor wing of a former primary school. Enjoying a wonderful location within the Yorkshire Dales National Park, this property can accommodate up to four people. 3 School House has all of its rooms on the ground floor, with one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, which has en-suite facilities. There is also a family bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table and a large living room with an electric fire. Amenities/Accommodation Overview This property has full LPG central heating with extra heating provided from the electric fire in the sitting room. The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine. 3 School House also boasts a colour TV, DVD player, CD/radio and a small library of books and DVDs. All of the fuel and power is included in the rental price and guests are provided with bed linen and towels. A cot and a highchair are available on request. Outside there is off road parking for two vehicles and a patio with outdoor furniture. Guests may bring one well-behaved dog. This property has a no smoking policy. There is a shop and a pub within a short stroll from the property. Local Town Description The historic Wensleydale village of West Witton sits within the Yorkshire Dales National Park, between Leyburn and Hawes. Enjoying stunning views of Penhill and its limestone scars, Bolton Castle, rolling countryside and the magnificent surrounding fells, the village has two pubs, a village shop and a charming village green. This is a great base for exploring all the delightful local villages and scenery of this beautiful part of the country.

Good walks from the door. Excellent facilities for our dog and a large number of pubs and eating places where dog was welcome. Plenty of attractions in the area. We were never short of somewhere to go.
