Customer Rating/Reviews
The owners were very friendly and informative. The milk, bread and a bottle of wine was a lovely surprise on our arrival. The property, which is situated on the edge of the village, is peaceful and tranquil with little or no traffic down the lane. The cottage was comfortable, warm and cosy with superb all round views and it did not take long to settle in. The garden was large and secure for the dogs with a pleasant seating area for us and the paddock adjacent to the cottage was also available to exercise the dogs. The coast was easily accessible and Alnwick, Rothbury, Morpeth and attractions like Cragside, Chillingham and Cambo were nearby.
