The The Courtyard Cottage property comprises of a Large and extremely comfy sitting room with wood burning stove and exposed beams. Fully fitted kitchen with dining area. Beamed double bedroom with six zip and link bed (twin beds by arrangement). Bathroom/WC shower over the bath.

Tastefully decorated it forms a single storey wing of the owner's house. Angling is available. With in one mile are 2 fine pubs 1 with restaurant. Leisure park two miles. Witney (7 miles) and Abingdon (9 miles) are interesting local market towns and Oxford is just ten miles. Shop two miles.

The photograph illustration in Hoseasons brochure does not give a full view of the courtyard. The attached owners property has a further 2 wings which form the courtyard.
