Cottage Description

This barn conversion can sleep up to eight people and has three bedrooms. It is based on the glorious Cotswolds countryside and is ideal for romantic breaks.

As a single storey barn renovation, the high ceilings and authentic beams enable this property to emanate plenty of personality and charm. It has contemporary facilities whilst still bearing a vibe of the past, getting the blend just perfect. French windows are installed throughout, power showers are also included and there is gas heating. A large trampoline can also be found in the barn which the kids will enjoy.

Village pubs and shops are all near by and there is a local train stop so you can travel around the surrounding area with little hassle. Charlbury is only 5 miles away and well worth visiting. There is also an opportunity to play some golf or try some horse riding near by. There are also plenty of walking paths within a close distance.

This property is made up of three double bedrooms. One bedroom has twin beds or a king size double depending on requirements with a private patio garden view, the second bedroom has twin beds or king size double depending on requirements with patio doors to the courtyard and the third bedroom has a double bed with patio doors. The living area has a TV, satellite, DVD player, CD player, table tennis and books for guests to use. Bed linen, fuel and power are supplied. A cot and high chair are available if needed. Wireless broadband is available throughout the property.

There is patio furniture and a barbecue outside to encourage al fresco dining. A toilet, bath and a shower can be found on the ground floor. The outdoor area has a terrace patio and a games area. The kitchen comes with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, freezer, oven, toaster and a hob. Off road parking is available.
