This charming terraced property is located in the quiet village Kirkton Manor near Peebles and sleeps up to six people in three bedrooms.

Castle Hill has three large bedrooms, a double en suite, one double and one with a triple bunk bed, a sitting area, kitchen and dining area. It is modern accommodation which is tastefully decorated and has fantastic views of Scottish Countryside. This property makes a great base for many outdoor activities such as walking, mountain biking and fishing. It also has ancient castle ruins 50 yards away. Peebles, just 5 miles, away is home to a great selection of shops, restaurants, pubs and traditional highland games. Edinburgh is also a short driving distance away.

Central heating throughout (oil), hob and oven (electric), dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, colour TV, DVD, CD Player, small selection of books/ maps. Power, fuel, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Highchair and cot are available on request. Outside: There is off-road parking available for three cars and push bike storage. A large grassed garden with BBQ and furniture. There is a drying area for clothing and footwear, and washing amenities. No smoking and no pets. The nearest shop and pub is 5 miles away. Please note: the property's water supply is from a private fresh water spring.

Peebles is located in the lovely Tweed Valley, and has a great selection of pubs, shops and restaurants. There are many gardens, parks and historical buildings to visit. You can also hike, bike and fish at the Southern Upland Way and the Forest of Tweedale. Peebles is also host to many traditional events throughout the year.
