Cottage Description

Located in the hamlet of Trefgarn Owen, just over two miles from Newgale beach, is this charming cottage, which can accommodate up to four people. Britain's smallest city, St Davids, the town of Haverfordwest and the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park are all within easy reach.

Cilau Bach is an all ground floor cottage, which has one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and one twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room. There is also an open plan living space with a fitted kitchen, dining area and a sitting room.

Amenities/Accommodation Overview

This property has full oil central heating. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, halogen hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Cilau Bach also features a colour TV with Freeview, DVD player, video, CD player, books, games, DVDs and videos. All of the fuel and power is included in the price and guests are supplied with bed linen, towels and bathrobes. However, they are asked to bring their own beach towels. A cot and highchair are available on request.

Outside the property, there is a Hot Tub, which is available for an additional charge and use must be pre-booked with the owner, subject to availability. There is off road parking for two cars, a patio area with outdoor furniture and a BBQ with an initial supply of fuel. No pets or smoking is allowed. Aromatherapy, massage and reflexology treatments are available in the owner's salon for an extra charge. The cottage sits just over two-miles from shops and pubs. Note:

Local Town Description

The nearby village of Newgale sits in Pembrokshire, South Wales and is home to a beautiful two-mile long sandy beach. From here, there is access to coastal paths, which are popular with walkers and bird watchers. Newgale has a village shop, pub and a cafe. St David's, the 'smallest city' in Britain is just eight-miles away, where guests can enjoys its magnificent cathedral or a family day out at nearby Oakwood Theme Park can be enjoyed.

We were greeted by the owners, and shown around the cottage which was a first class accommodation. It was a well equipped home-from-home. The cottage was in a good location, we visited so many places around the area of St. Davids. All in all we had a fantastic week, and will return.
