The interior has been completely rebuilt and is particularly well- appointed and presented featuring high ceilings and large windows.

The large enclosed garden with patio enjoys delightful sunsets to the west. Killin, four miles away, stands beside the River Dochart at the pretty Falls of Dochart near the head of Loch Tay with fine local facilities and a delightful golf course. Crianlarich has a station on the West Highland line offering stunning rail trips. Local activities include climbing, walking, biking, water sports, sailing and rafting.

The owner''s can arrange fishing on a 7-mile private stretch of river. This convenient location, only off the main road west, provides brilliant touring opportunities.
