Amidst the woodlands and mountains of the ancient Black Forest, this traditional farm cottage is located on a country estate on the shores of Loch Rannoch, deep in the remote tranquility of Highland Perthshire. The cottage enjoys panoramic views over the neighboring countryside and guests are welcome to discover the extensive parklands, forest trails and loch shore.

The interior is cosy, comfortably furnished and friendly. The glazed porch opens out onto the parklands. Private water supply. The estate is less than twenty miles from the A9, accessed by pretty country roads twisting alongside stunning shimmering lochs with easy access to Pitlochry and Aberfeldy. The village is five miles away, with a fine shop and hotel and activities in the area include hill-walking, climbing, biking, angling, ornithology and sailing.

eighteen miles west, at the end of the road across Rannoch Moor, lies Rannoch Station, where you can join the train for a trip on the renowned West Highland line to Fort William and Mallaig. One double bedroom and one room with zip/link beds (can be double or twin), cot available, living room with open fire, kitchen/dining room, bathroom.
