From the white painted exterior to the comfortable, welcoming interior, you will soon realise that this is a great place to spend a relaxing holiday in this beautiful area. The two bedrooms are arranged as a double and a twin, with a ground floor bathroom providing WC, basin, bath with shower over with telephone style shower attachment. Open plan day time layout with the sitting area offering log effect gas stove. Attractive kitchen, dining area plus hanging area for outdoor clothes, boots etc. Outdoor furniture plus barbecue to enjoy the views from the enclosed side garden with patio and lawn. Main Aberdovey road location, so some road noise may be audible in the property. One mile away is a MacDonalds Time Share Park offering restaurants, bars, leisure centre, tennis and indoor and outdoor pools, open to the public. Local Town Description Three miles to Machynlleth and seven miles to coastal Aberdovey, this property has a lovely Happy Valley position on the southern edge of the Snowdonia National Park. Aberdovey, in particular, is a popular location having been described as an artist's paradise with its pastel coloured cottages. There are four miles of lovely sand dunes heading northerly towards Tywyn, as well as an eighteenth hole Championship golf course, surfing, sailing and fishing for the more energetic. As a result of its coastal position, Aberdovey has seafood restaurants specialising in the local catch. Inland, you will love the the majestic Aran Fawddy and Cader Idris mountain ranges as well as the beauty of the Dysynni and Dovey Valleys. Wonderful Snowdonia is waiting to be explored.

Beautiful cottage that was a pleasure to come back to after a day's exploring, with all the facilities that we needed - we were sorry to leave. We were apprehensive about the proximity to the main road but found that it didn't bother us when we were there.
