Enjoying a rural location close to the village of Trefeglwys in Mid Wales is this attractive studio apartment, which can accommodate two people.

The Garden Studio has one king size double bedroom, shower room, a fitted kitchen, dining table and a sitting area. This is a property in a tranquil setting with woods and beautiful countryside surrounding it.

Amenities/Accommodation Overview

This property has wall-mounted electric convector heaters and an electric radiator in the shower room. The kitchen is equipped with a combination microwave cooker, which includes an oven and grill, one ring induction electric hob and a fridge. The Garden Studio also features a flat screen TV/DVD and a radio. All of the electricity used is inclusive of the price and guests are supplied with bed linen and towels.

Outside the property, there is off road parking for one car. Steps lead up to the property, which might make it unsuitable for the infirm. There is also a raised decked seating area with outdoor furniture and BBQ. Steps lead down to a wonderful wooded area with a bench and an abundance of wildlife. No pets are allowed. This is a no smoking property. There are shops and a pub within one-mile away.

Local Town Description

Trefeglwys is surrounded by stunning countryside, which is perfect for walking, cycling and fishing. The village has a shop and a pub and is just four-miles from the historic town of Llanidloes, which was built on the banks of the River Severn. It is home to timber-framed black and white houses and has a good choice of amenities. Cardigan Bay and the popular town of Aberystwyth are also within easy reach.
