This large luxury Highland holiday home is set in a peaceful region of the Scottish Highlands in Ross and Cromarty. It has seven bedrooms and can sleep up to eighteen people. Assynt House is a gorgeous holiday home positioned in the stunning Scottish Highlands. The house has been redecorated and offers top quality accommodation for anyone that wishes to stay here. It has a real home away from home ambience. It is a Georgian style property so has a lot of character. The owners, Elizabeth and Graham Waugh, live in a separate building close to this property and are able to look after the catering side of things if required and offer a range of services from one-pot meals to a full three course meal. Housekeeping on a daily basis is also available. There is a lot to do in the surrounding area including the links golf course at Royal Dornoch and some exquisite sea trout and salmon fishing on the River Alness. Guests can also enjoy some canoeing, walking, horse riding, mountain biking and swimming in the local area. During your stay you will be able to use dressing gowns, travel-size hair dryers and 'Highland Aromatics' toiletries that deliver a real smell of the Highlands. This property possesses five double bedrooms. It has a TV, DVD player, CD player, games and books. There is a breakfast, lunch and evening meal service available if required that is payable locally. An iron, ironing board, bed linen, towels, telephone, fuel, power, cot and high chair are all supplied. There is a daily maid service. Unfortunately, no smoking is permitted. Wireless broadband is available. There is an outdoor area with patio furniture and a barbecue. The kitchen comes with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, hob, oven, grill and a toaster. The open fire ensures a cosy ambience all year round. Off road parking is available.
