The property comprises a first floor apartment forming part of a traditional working croft in the scattered community at Mellon Udrigle in the Wester Ross region. Shared use of the owner's garden A wonderful sheltered position on the north-eastern shore of the Isle of Ewe, and a location just six miles from Aultbea. Beautiful sandy beach about 200 yards away, and great opportunities to appreciate the abundant wild life. It is also possible to participate in trout fishing. The owner's live in the property below and will welcome you on arrival. Amenities/Accommodation Overview There are three bedrooms, arranged as one double with en suite shower room, WC and basin, a second double bedroom, and a twin bedroom. Bathroom with WC, basin and bath with shower over. A well proportioned living room with dining facilities, kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave, and electric cooker. TV, video, DVD player. Oil fired central heating. Inclusive of central heating and bed linen. Electricity charged by way of coin meter. Plenty of off road parking, up to 2 well behaved dogs (£10.00 per pet per week). Shared use of owner's garden, shop three miles, pub six miles. Regret no smoking allowed. Local Town Description There are boat trips to be enjoyed from the small harbour at Aird Point. You may be interested in seeing larger ships, including warships, coming inshore to refuel as there is a NATO base. Aultbea has a charming "fun day" involving most people in the village who socialise over home baked scones and play football. There are two hotels, a local craft shop and a butchers. Enjoy the sub-tropical Intervewe Gardens, an aboretum that is open during the year. Nearby you can enjoy the spectacle of the famous Inverewe Gardens, a sub-tropical arboretum that is open throughout the year.
