Graig Las Pet-Friendly Cottage

This attractive stone built semi-detached barn conversion sits on the owner's land close to the village of Llangynog. Accommodating up to six people, this property is within easy reach of the spectacular Snowdonia National Park.

Graig Las has one ground floor double bedroom, a first floor double bedroom and a family bathroom. There is also a fitted kitchen with a dining area, a sitting room with wood burning stove and a mezzanine sitting area with a sofa bed for additional sleeping.

Amenities/Accommodation Overview

This property has full oil central heating, a wood burning stove in the sitting room and a private water supply. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Graig Las also features a colour TV, DVD player, CD, hi-fi with docking centre, DVDs, books and games. All of the fuel, power and a starter pack of wood for the wood burning stove are inclusive with additional logs on sale from the owner if required. Guests are supplied with bed linen and towels and a cot and highchair are available on request.

Outside the property, there is off road parking for two cars, a rear patio with outdoor furniture and brazier. There is also the shared use of a hot tub, which is available by arrangement with the owner during May to October for a small additional charge. A stream runs past the property, so young children must be supervised at all times. Guests are welcome to bring two well-behaved pets, but they must be kept on a lead while outside property. No smoking is allowed. There is a pub just two miles away and shops just five miles away.

Local Town Description

The village of Llangynog is located in breathtaking countryside surrounded by the Berwyn Mountains, wooded hills and stunning valleys. Llangynog has two pubs and is an ideal base walking, cycling, climbing and bird watching. Lake Bala is close by and has a number of opportunities for fishing, water sports and rides along the lakeside steam railway. Nearby Lake Vyrnwy has an RSPB centre the magnificent Snowdonia National Park is within easy reach which beautiful landscapes for guests to explore.
