This stunning detached stone built cottage sits on the owners' five-acre smallholding, just three miles from the village of Llanrhaeadr-ym-Mochnant in North Wales. Packed with character and original features including a feature inglenook fireplace, this property enjoys a rural setting in the hamlet of Pedairffordd and can accommodate up to four people. View Point Cottage has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a family bathroom. The property also features a fitted kitchen with dining area, a living room with a log-effect electric stove in an inglenook fireplace and there is a rear porch area. Amenities/Accommodation Overview This property has full oil central heating with supplementary heat from the log effect electric stove in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. View Point Cottage also boats a flat screen TV and DVD player. All of the fuel and power is included in the price and guests are supplied with bed linen and towels. Outside the property there is off road parking for two cars, bike storage in the rear porch area, a gravel seating area with outdoor furniture, BBQ and a wonderful views across the nearby hills and mountains. Guests are welcome to bring two well-behaved dogs. No smoking is allowed. The property sits just three-miles from shops, pubs and places to eat. Local Town Description The rural hamlet of Pedairffordd is nestled within the hills of the Tanat Valley and is overlooked by the Berwyn Mountain Range. The nearby village of Llanrhaeadr-ym-Mochnant is just three miles away and is home to the stunning Pistyll Rhaeadr, which is a two-hundred-and-forty foot high waterfall. There are also two general village stores, a post office, butchers, two pubs and two cafes. Other local places of interest include Lake Vyrney, Lake Bala and Powis Castle and Gardens. The ancient towns of Shrewsbury and Chester are within easy reach and the delights of Snowdonia National Park are just a short drive away.
