Cottage Description

Beech is one of two attractively presented and well furnished apartments attached to the owner's home, located on the edge of the Blackdown Hills. The area is well known for quality riding, hiking and walking.

The property offers interior steps to the second floor, where there is a sitting room, and a well equipped kitchen having a dining area. You will be delighted by the five foot four poster bed in the double bedroom, and there is also a bunk bedded room with an additional single. There is a shower over the bath in the bathroom/WC.

Linen (duvets) and towels included, also electricity between 29th September and the 31st March (other dates electric heaters are charged at £25.00 per week). Internet access, TV with basic Sky and radio/CD. Microwave, larder fridge and freezer, shared laundry room having washer and dryer (honesty box applies). High chair and travel cot availability, parking, no smoking, one small well behaved dog allowed (must be kept on lead), use of ten acre grounds with fountain and pond (children must be supervised at all times), outdoor furniture with barbecue area, table tennis.

You will never be short of things to do and places to go in this lovely Somerset setting. Wells, Taunton, Honiton, Wookey Hole, Cheddar Gorge, and the Clarks Village outlet at Street are popular destinations. Just over half and hour to the heritage coastline, and top resorts such as Beer, Seaton, Sidmouth and Lyme Regis should figure on you day tripping list. You will love the charm and mystery of rugged Exmoor National Park. Shops with post office within two miles, up to five excellent local pubs.
