Positioned in the very popular Somerset holiday destination of Minehead, this property is close to all the local places of interest and is ideal for large groups of friends. It comes with six bedrooms and can sleep up to eleven people.

Located in a peaceful residential area, this property is only a small walk from the sea front and is based in the popular seaside town of Minehead in Somerset. It offers light and spacious accommodation in a semi-detached property which is equipped and furnished to an immaculately high standard. Two of the bedrooms consist of en suite facilities and there is a large living room and a dining room with a gas fire.

Outside, guests can find a garden that is ideal for outdoor relaxation and the property is positioned on the beautiful North Somerset Coast so the surrounding views are second to none. It is close to all essential local places of interest and amenities.

Amenities/Accommodation Overview

Possessing full gas central heating throughout the property, there is also a gas fire in the dining room. An electric range style cooker with a double oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher are in the kitchen. The living room comes with a TV, Freeview, DVD player and a radio. There is a selection of books for guests to peruse during their stay. Fuel and power is supplied. Bed linen and towels are also provided. A travel cot, high chair and stair gate are all available on request.

Off road parking is available for up to three cars. There is an enclosed garden area with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. There is also a pond in the garden. Two well behaved dogs are allowed at a price of £163.10 per dog for each week. Unfortunately, no smoking is allowed. The nearest pub and shop are just a 10 minute walk away.

Local Town Description

Based in the thriving holiday resort of Minehead, this property enjoys a sheltered position in the shadow of the imposing North Hill on the stunning North Somerset Coast. Minehead has a mile long esplanade and a beautiful sandy beach as well as a picturesque harbour.

The surrounding area allows for superb fishing opportunities and a nostalgic trip on the West Somerset Railway is a must for any train lover. Blenheim Gardens are also close by and have been the winner of many awards over the years for its divine floral displays and model village. Exmoor National Park is also in the region and has the largest population of red deer in England.
