The property is one of three that are presented with exacting standards, whilst having the advantage of a gymnasium, games room, jacuzzi and indoor swimming pool close at hand. A peaceful courtyard style setting on the non working farm belonging to the owner.

Groom's Cottage offers a beamed sitting/dining room featuring a vaulted ceiling, and an electric wood burner style stove. Kitchen area, double bedroom and a shower room with WC.

Inclusive of towels and linen (duvets), electricity and oil central heating, 32" TV with freeview, wi-fi and DVD, microwave, travel cot and high chair availability. Parking, shared games room (8.00 am to 9.00 pm, gym equipment for over sixteens only), shared indoor heated pool with changing rooms/WC and jacuzzi (8.00 to 6.00 pm), regret no smoking, fridge/freezer, shared courtyard with outdoor furniture, wheel chair access, maximum of one dog allowed (must be kept on a lead).

Many attractions and places of interest to keep you occupied including Alton Towers, Drayton Manor, Tamworth SnowDome, Shugborough Hall and Calke Abbey. The race course at Uttoxeter and Lichfield Cathedral as well as the delights of the Peak District. Half a mile to pub with dining, one mile to shop.
