Displaying the beautiful black and white appearance so popular in this lovely part of Britain, Swiss Cottage is one of a pair in the lovely canalside village of Alrewas. The tasteful upgrading has set original features alongside modern fitments.

The accommodation offers a sitting room with an electric wood burner style stove. The attractive kitchen has a dining area, while on the first floor you will find a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a shower room with WC.

Dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, DVD, radio/CD, wi-fi and TV with freeview. Inclusive of electric central heating (April 1st to September 30th - all other dates £21.00 per week, price on application), towels and linen (duvets). Two dogs maximum allowed, regret no smoking, parking, outdoor furniture for use in the patio garden, access to the owner's artist studio).

The canal tow path is only a hundred yards away from the property, and offers the chance for some great local walking. The village has shops, takeaways and three dining pubs, and the National Memorial Aboretum is just half a mile away. Great local touring that includes Sudbury Hall, Shugborough, Calke Abbey, the Tamworth Snowdome, Twycross Zoo and Drayton Manor.
