The property occupies a beautifully tranquil location set in thirty five acres of landscaped meadows and grounds, that are also home to ponies and horses. Private decking, plus use of an indoor pool.

Briar Cottage offers an open plan lounge/diner with a kitchen area. There is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with en suite shower/WC and a family bathroom/WC with a shower over the bath.

TV, DVD and music system. Inclusive of towels, linen (duvets, electricity and electric heating. Dishwasher, microwave, shared laundry room with washing machine and coin operated tumble dryer. Cot and high chair availability, parking, hairdryer, maximum of two dogs allowed, regret no smoking. Communal use of thirty five acre grounds, swing and climbing frame, decking and outdoor furniture, easy walking access, shared indoor heated pool (30 foot by 16 foot)- open April to October, daily private allocated use by prior arrangement.

Children will delighted with Moo Play Barn (reduced rates available), and Beccles, the gateway to the southern Broads is great for boat hire (five miles distant). RSPB Minsmere is a popular attraction, and there is also great local golf, fishing and cycle hire.
